高纯铝卷封焊系统设计与工艺试验研究*

摘要: 目前,铝卷端面封焊主要采用人工钨极氩弧焊。针对人工焊接效率低、焊接时易损害焊接人员健康等问题,设计开发了高纯铝卷封焊智能焊接机器人系统;基于机器视觉技术进行封焊点识别,获取铝卷封焊点位置信息。对系统的手眼标定精度进行试验验证,手眼标定最大误差不超过0.486 mm,对封焊点识别精度进行试验验证,封焊点识别精度为1.5 mm;以层厚为6.2 mm的铝卷为焊接对象,设计正交试验并进行极差分析和方差分析,探究铝卷下线温度、焊接电流和焊接时长对焊缝余高和咬边程度的影响规律。结果表明,各因素对焊接质量的影响主次排序为焊接电流-铝卷温度-焊接时长,其中焊接电流对焊接质量的影响最为显著且与焊缝余高和咬边程度呈现正相关性;当铝卷温度为240 ℃时,焊接电流应为162.5 A,焊接时长应为2.5 s,此时焊缝余高和咬边程度较为理想。通过现场调试,验证了该高纯铝卷封焊智能焊接机器人系统实现了封焊点自动识别与焊接,并且可实现高纯铝焊接工艺参数实时监控与调整。

Abstract: At present,the end face sealing of aluminum coil is mainly used by artificial tungsten argon arc welding. Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of artificial welding and easy damage to human health during welding,an intelligent welding robot system of high purity aluminum coil sealing welding was designed and developed.Based on machine vision technology,solder joint identification was carried out to obtain solder joint position information of aluminum coil sealing. The accuracy of the system′s hand-eye calibration had been validated through experimental verification. The maximum error of hand-eye calibration was no more than 0.486 mm. The accuracy of identifying solder joints had been validated through experimental verification. The identification accuracy of solder joints was 1.5 mm. Taking aluminum coil with a thickness of 6.2 mm as the welding object,orthogonal test was designed and range analysis and variance analysis were carried out to explore the law of influence of aluminum coil roll temperature,welding current and welding duration on weld residual height and edge bite degree. The results showed that the main order of influence of each factor on welding quality was welding current-aluminum coil roll temperature-welding duration. The welding current has the most significant effect on the welding quality and has a positive correlation with the weld residual height and edge bite degree.When the temperature of the aluminum coil roll is 240 ℃,the welding current should be 162.5 A,and the welding duration should be 2.5 s,and the residual height and edge bite degree of the weld are ideal. The automatic identification and welding of the spot can be realized by the intelligent welding robot system of high purity aluminum coil sealing welding,and the real-time monitoring and adjustment of high purity aluminum welding process parameters can be realized.
