不锈钢板多层叠加电火花线切割加工研究*

摘要: 为了提高不锈钢板电火花线切割加工的切割速度和表面加工质量,并进一步降低电极丝损耗,提出了一种基于串联供液的不锈钢板多层叠加电火花线切割新工艺。该工艺较采用常规供液加工的切割速度提高了24.70 %,表面粗糙度值降低了32.11 %,电极丝损耗降低了83.88 %。研究表明,串联供液技术通过将极间压差流与剪切流进行同向复合,显著提升了极间流体的流速与流量,从而增强了排屑能力并扩大了放电间隙。该技术有效地改善了极间放电条件,抑制了局部放电现象,显著提高了放电稳定性,为电火花加工工艺的优化提供了重要支持。

Abstract: A new technology based on series liquid supply WEDM of stainless steel plates using multi-layer stacking was proposed in order to increase the cutting speed and surface quality of wire cut electrical discharge machining of stainless steel plate and further reduce the wire electrode wear. Compared with conventional liquid supply,the cutting speed was increased by 24.70 %,the surface roughness was reduced by 32.11 % and the electrode wire loss reduction was decreased by 83.88 % under the new process. The study found that the series fluid supply technology significantly improved the velocity and flow rate of the inter-electrode fluid,enhanced the chip removal ability and expanded the discharge gap by combining the pressure differential flow and shear flow in the same direction. This technology effectively improved the inter-electrode discharge conditions,inhibited partial discharge phenomenon,significantly increased the discharge stability and provided important support for the optimization of electrical discharge machining processes.
