叶片封严槽精密高效电加工工装设计技术研究

Research on the design technology of precision and high-efficiency electrochemical machining fixture for blade sealing grooves

摘要: 涡轮导向叶片是航空发动机中承受高温和热冲击的主要零件,通常整盘装配在发动机中,相邻叶片缘板侧面间采用封严片密封连接,以减少导向叶片侧面间的冷气损失。安装封严片的叶片缘板封严槽一般采用电火花加工方式,但存在封严槽结构多样以及叶片毛坯基准精度不高等问题,导致电火花加工难度较大且效率不高;为此,通过分析涡轮导向叶片封严槽结构与电火花加工特点,对精密高效加工封严槽的电火花夹具、电极和电极夹头等工装的设计技术进行研究,提出了涡轮导向叶片封严槽电火花加工工装方案,保证了封严槽形状和位置精度,实现了涡轮导向叶片封严槽电火花的高效加工。

Abstract: The turbine guide vane is a key component in an aero-engine that withstands high temperatures and thermal shocks. It is usually assembled in the engine as an integral disk. Seal plates are used for sealed connection between the side surfaces of adjacent vane platforms to reduce cold air loss between the side surfaces of the guide vanes. These seal plates are installed in the seal grooves of the vane platforms,and Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) is generally adopted for machining these seal grooves.However,due to the diverse structures of the seal grooves and the low precision of the vane blank datums, EDM faces great difficulties and low efficiency in machining. To address this problem,by analyzing the structure of the seal grooves of turbine guide vanes and the characteristics of EDM,research was conducted on the design technologies of EDM tooling such as fixtures,electrodes and electrode chucks for precise and efficient machining. A tooling scheme for EDM of the seal grooves of turbine guide vanes was proposed,which ensures the shape and position accuracy of the seal grooves and realizes efficient EDM of the seal grooves of turbine guide vanes.
