Air suspension guide mechanism parameters optimization based on the nominal-the-best characteristic

Abstract: Based on a real vehicle parameters to establish a bus chassis dynamic model with ADAMS,according to the national standard to simulation,and verified the validity of the model;air suspension guide mechanism parameters were selected as factors in this orthogonal experiment.The main factor which effects the turning performances is found.Use of signal-to-noise ratio,has carried on the calculation for the data from simulation,obtained parameter combination which signal-to-noise ratio is maximum.At the same time,it is also proved that the structure parameters of the air suspension guide mechanism have important influence on the vehicle steering characteristics.
