Modal analysis and modal experiment of ZC1 worm

Abstract: Using the Pro/E and Kisssoft software modeling ZC1 worm,and importing them into ANSYS modal analysis.To study the effect of multiple factors ZC1 worm natural frequency,especially divided into two experimental groups,the first group of states with different constraints into a free state,bound state,the state assembly,the second group with different structures and materials,respectively research worm tooth structure,the worm first few material impact on the shaft. Finally,modal test to verify the correctness of the assembly model,provide the basis for the description and optimization of the overall performance of the vibration characteristics of the system architecture.
