Abstract: Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and space tension in the process of shipbuilding.Based on the field research,in order to reduce derivative instructions generated by the process of path clearing moving,a series of implementation rules about the selection of the target three stage site and the path optimization method of the entry and exit are put forward.Considering surplus working days and resistance coefficient of field, combining the derivative instructions and yard’s dynamic adjustment, realize the dynamic optimization of the whole space while minimizing the number of moving times in the process of continuous operation of the yard. And the corresponding calculation method and process are designed, after repeated verification obtained in site pile of real rate reached an average of 85.9% of cases, average proportion of derivative instructions reduced to 36.93%,significantly lower than the conclusion of practical experience to prove the effectiveness of the rules.

Key words: assembly block storage, dynamic adjustment, path planning
