Analysis and experiment on the driving characteristics of the temperature control switch of the shape memory alloy

Abstract: Based on the temperature and driving characteristics of the shape memory alloy,a kind of shape memory alloy temperature control switch is designed.The temperature control switch of the shape memory alloy can sense the external temperature and automatically adjust the temperature resistance with the change of the temperature,thereby changing the size of the output current and realizing the intelligent control of the switch.The working principle of the shape memory alloy temperature control switch is introduced;based on the thermodynamic properties of shape memory alloy,the relationship between temperature and output stroke,temperature resistance is established;based on the principle of temperature control,the design equation of the temperature controlled switch resistance wire is established.The relationship between output stroke and temperature of shape memory alloy spring is analyzed through experiment.The case results showed that with the increase of temperature,the temperature control stroke increases,for temperature rise type shape memory alloy temperature control switch,the output current increases with the increase of temperature,the temperature drop type shape memory alloy temperature control switch,the output current decreases with the increase of temperature.
