Performance analysis of the HSK tool holder clamping system and control of clamping force

Abstract: By establishing the mechanical model, analyzes the HSK tool holder clamping mechanism, draws up the clamping force amplification mechanism of outside type tool holder clamping system; Reveals the influence factors of HSK tool holder/spindle clamping force, provides a theoretical basis for the control of the HSK clamping force. Also points out the existing clamping force measuring device of HSK tool holder, provides more scientific and reasonable guarantees for the using of clamping force of HSK tool system.
