Research on accurate modeling method of logarithmic spiral bevel gear

Abstract: Logarithmic spiral bevel gear is a new and great valuefull bevel gear,its accurate three-dimensional model is important to the future research work.Based on the three-dimensional software Pro/E and the principle of the formation of logarithmic spiral bevel gear,the spherical involute was established and regarded as a logarithmic spiral bevel gear tooth profile,logarithmic spiral line was used as logarithmic spiral bevel gear tooth line,logarithmic spiral bevel gear was established by the way of sweeping a plurality of guide line.In addition to Pro/E for the secondary development platform,C language programming was used to establish a software,which complete the creation of bevel gear only need to enter the appropriate parameters.
