The configuration research based on the Plant Simulation and super efficiency DEA“water spider”

Abstract: Taking the DCT factory of GETRAG (Jiangxi)Transmission Co.Ltd.as an example,studying the system configuration of “water spider” under scheduling strategy of one center and multiple partition (1CNP)based on the characteristics of operation for "water spider".Building eight simulation models based on Plant Simulation software,then doing 24 groups of simulation experiment and getting 24 species of output parameters about finishing same handling task for the “water spider”.Seeing the input and output parameters of simulation as the input and output variables of DEA model.Based on super efficiency DEA evaluation model to evaluate efficiency of 24 kinds of configuration,getting the optimal configuration is that part one allocate three “water spiders”,part two allocate one “water spiders”,and the availability of “water spiders” set as 100 %.
