Research on modeling method of aviation product maturity for design and manufacturing integration

Abstract: In order to meet the process-driven aviation product design and manufacturing integration needs and solve the problem of efficient parallel control in the development of aviation products,a method of aeronautical product maturity modeling based on Hall three-dimensional structure is proposed.The method defines the maturity level according to the actual situation of the enterprise,the synergies,the work content,the milestone and the corresponding key event domain in each level.Its realizes the management of the maturity level and provides a solution for the domestic aircraft manufacturing industry to achieve the goal of design and manufacturing integration.Finally,based on the above method,a prototype system of aviation product maturity management is developed.
