Research on the green evaluation decision of elevator parts machinery processing technology

Abstract: Green manufacturing is a comprehensive consideration of resource consumption and environmental impact in the process of machining,and green evaluation is an important part of green manufacturing.According to the steps of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA),the machining process of elevator parts is evaluated in an environment-friendly way.Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) was used to evaluate the relative green effectiveness of each process.It treats each process as a decision making unit,and builds a mathematical model of multiple inputs and outputs.It not only gives the green degree of each process,but also points out the main factors affecting the green degree and makes improvement.The effectiveness of this method is verified by the green evaluation of each process in the process of the machining process of elevator parts of an enterprise.
