Abstract: The coordination problem of the manufacturer-led Service-oriented Manufacturing Hybrid Supply Chain(SMHSC)consisting of a single manufacturer, service provider and integrator is analyzed.Demand is influenced by the services efforts of service provider and market random factors.Based on the Stackelberg model, the coordination condition of the SMHSC with revenue sharing contract is discussed and found that the implementation of revenue sharing contract only cannot coordinate the SMHSC.Further, the cost-sharing model between manufacturer and service provider is built to achieve coordination among the three participants in the SMHSC.The results show that the effective option contract parameters must satisfy two linear relations and a certain range of values.Under such conditions,it is possible to ensure that all the SMHSC members obtain excess profits.

Key words: Service-oriented Manufacturing Hybrid Supply Chain(SMHSC), service effort, supply chain coordination, revenue sharing, cost sharing
