Solution to the bending vibration of a loaded piston rod with time-varying length

Abstract: It is necessary to analyze the vibration of each component of the cylinder in the green and lightweight design of cylinder.Viewed the loaded piston as a cantilever beam model,and then built the dimensionless dynamics equation of bending vibration during the protruding of the loaded piston rod.The results were compared with the whole process simulation results solved by LS-DYNA software,which proved the validity of the model and method proposed,and provided an effective analysis method for the design of cylinder structure.
