摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为提高厢舱类产品的生产效率,改变传统的以二维工程图为主、三维模型为辅的计算机辅助设计(CAD)生产模式,提出将基于模型定义(MBD)技术应用到厢舱的生产当中。通过分析厢舱类产品的特点与生产中的CAD技术应用,制定出厢舱类产品基于MBD的数字化定义框架,在SolidWorks三维设计软件平台下,以典型厢舱产品为例,围绕零件、子装配体及总装配体三大层面分别阐述了厢舱模型的MBD数据集表示规范,最终通过VB.NET调用SolidWorks的程序接口(API)开发出了基于MBD的厢舱产品数字化定义与管理系统,并在企业中得到了实际应用。

Abstract: To replace the traditional Computer-Aided Design (CAD)production mode which mainly relies on two-dimensional engineering drawings and supplemented by three-dimensional models, a Model-Based Definition (MBD) technology was proposed to improve the production efficiency of cabin products. By analyzing the characteristics of cabin products and the application of CAD technology in production,a digital definition framework based on MBD for cabin products was developed. In which,a SolidWorks 3D design software platform and typical cabin products were combined as examples,while the MBD dataset representation standards for cabin models were expressed on parts,subassemblies,and final assemblies. Finally,proposed cabin products MBD-based digital definition and management system was applied in real industry,which developed on Application Programming Interface (API) call of SolidWorks by VB.NET.
