钼棒热轧生产线自动顶升运载装置设计与实验*

Design and experimental verification of automatic lifting and conveying device for molybdenum rod hot rolling production line

摘要: 针对无人车间钼棒热轧生产线中频炉自动化上料工况,设计了一种棒料自动顶升运载装置,对该装置的顶升机构和升降机构进行理论分析,计算确定了顶升、推料及升降动作所需的最大推力和行程;设计了轮毂电机嵌套在麦克纳姆轮内的一体化、可全向运动的运载结构。为了验证结构的合理性和稳定性,开展了动力学虚拟仿真和实物样机测试,结果表明:该装置可满足使用要求,结构合理且性能稳定。顶升开始时,由于棒料之间挤压,会使顶升动作出现速度和加速度波动,可能增加棒料掉落的概率,为了使顶升动作更平稳可靠,在设计顶升伺服电缸的加减速曲线时,可设置为曲线加速度,使速度和加速度更平稳、平缓;通过实验样机测试,该装置可有效提高生产效率,降低工人劳动强度。

Abstract: It addresses the automated feeding operation of the medium-frequency furnace in the molybdenum rod hot rolling production line of an unmanned workshop. An automatic rod lifting and transporting device was designed,with theoretical analysis conducted on its lifting mechanism and hoisting mechanism. The maximum thrust and stroke required for lifting,pushing,and hoisting actions were calculated and determined. An integrated transport structure capable of omnidirectional movement was designed,featuring a hub motor nested within a Mecanum wheel. To validate the structure′s rationality and stability,dynamic virtual simulations and physical prototype testing were conducted. Results confirm the device meets operational requirements with a sound structure and stable performance,yielding the following conclusions. At the start of lifting,compression between bars causes fluctuations in lifting speed and acceleration,potentially increasing the probability of bar drop. When designing the acceleration and deceleration curve for a lifting servo cylinder,it can be set as a curved acceleration to achieve smoother and more gradual speed and acceleration;prototype testing confirmed that this device effectively improves production efficiency and reduces labor intensity for workers.
