在机超声测量的等壁厚补偿加工技术研究

Research on equal wall thickness compensation processing technology for in-machine ultrasonic measurement

摘要: 针对航空航天的复杂曲面薄壁类零件,传统加工方法难以精确控制复杂曲面的壁厚,导致加工后壁厚偏差较大,而人工测量壁厚的方式影响产品的加工效率。对航天器盖板的减轻槽等壁厚加工进行了研究,提出了一种基于在机超声测量的等壁厚补偿加工技术,旨在通过在机超声测量获取壁厚差数据从而进行壁厚补偿,实现复杂曲面零件的高精度等壁厚加工。通过理论刀路和补偿刀路的对比加工验证,壁厚差由补偿前的0.671 mm减小到补偿后的0.027 mm,壁厚均匀性显著提高;补偿加工后的壁厚值在目标值的±0.12 mm范围内波动,提高了加工精度,该方法避免了重复装夹和人工测量的繁琐,提高了加工效率。

Abstract: For complex curved surface parts in aerospace,traditional processing methods are difficult to precisely control the wall thickness of complex curved surfaces,resulting in a large deviation of the wall thickness after processing. At the same time,manual measurement of the wall thickness affects the processing efficiency of the products. The equal wall thickness processing of the reduction groove of the spacecraft cover plate was studied,and an equal wall thickness compensation processing technology based on ultrasonic in-machine measurement was proposed. The aim is to obtain error data through ultrasonic in-machine measurement for wall thickness compensation and achieve high-precision equal wall thickness processing of complex curved surface parts. Through the comparative processing verification of the theoretical tool path and the compensated tool path,the wall thickness error changed from 0.671 mm before compensation to 0.027 mm after compensation,and the uniformity of the wall thickness was significantly improved. The fluctuation of the wall thickness value after compensation processing within ±0.12 mm of the target value improves the processing accuracy. Meanwhile,the in-machine ultrasonic measurement of the wall thickness avoids the cumbersome repetitive clamping and manual measurement,thereby enhancing the processing efficiency.
