激光冲击成形工艺对7B05铝合金变形影响的研究*

Study on the influence of laser shock forming process on the deformation of 7B05 aluminum alloy

摘要: 使用激光冲击成形技术对7B05铝合金板开展工艺研究,通过设置不同的激光工艺参数进行激光冲击成形实验。探究不同吸收层、激光能量、冲击次数及光斑直径对7B05铝合金成形量的影响,同时分析了激光冲击对铝合金板材表面形貌的影响,得到了铝合金变形量与激光能量、冲击次数关系的理论公式。研究表明,当以约束层为水层、厚度为0.12 mm的黑胶带作为吸收层时,更有利于7B05铝合金板的激光冲击成形;随着激光能量的增加,7B05铝合金变形增加,但当激光能量超过12 J时,铝合金板变形减小;随着激光冲击次数的增加,7B05铝合金变形增加,但当冲击次数达到8次时,铝合金板变形梯度减小,当冲击次数为10次时,达到变形极限100 mm;激光冲击7B05铝合金,在其表面产生凹坑,引起表面粗糙度及表面变形增加。

Abstract: The process of 7B05 aluminum alloy sheet was studied by laser shock forming technology,and the laser shock forming test was carried out by setting different laser process parameters. The effects of different absorption layers,laser energy,impact times and spot diameter on the forming amount of 7B05 aluminum alloy were investigated. At the same time,the influence of laser shock on the surface morphology of aluminum alloy sheet was analyzed. The theoretical formula of the relationship between the deformation of aluminum alloy and laser energy and impact times was obtained. The results show that the laser shock forming of 7B05 aluminum alloy sheet is more favorable when the constraint layer is the water layer and the black tape with a thickness of 0.12 mm is used as the absorbing layer. With the increase of laser energy,the deformation of 7B05 aluminum alloy increases. When the laser energy exceeds 12 J,the deformation of aluminum alloy plate decreases. With the increase of laser shock times,the deformation of 7B05 aluminum alloy increases. When the shock times reach 8 times,the deformation gradient of aluminum alloy plate decreases. When the shock times are 10,the deformation limit is 100 mm. Laser shock peening of 7B05 aluminum alloy produces pits on its surface,which increases surface roughness and surface deformation.
