Abstract: Focuses on the structure characteristics of the complex surfaced integral impeller parts.Introduces the difficulties during its manufacturing process.It also describes the development of the manufacturing technology in complex surfaced integral impeller parts.Based on a large amount of study review and the actual production of accurate manufacturing technology of integral impeller parts,Discusses the research status of the key technologies covering tool axial control,deformation control,tool innovation as well as cooling lubrication.It leaves guiding significance on studies of improving manufacturing accuracy in complex surfaced integral impeller parts production.
