Design and research on hydraulic cylinder-testing for power-recycling

Abstract: A novel design of the power-recycling hydraulic cylinder-testing equipment has been put forward for the severe power waste and the hydraulic impact of the present hydraulic cylinder-testing equipment.Demonstrating the principle of power-recycling in detail and analyzing the hydraulic impact which was caused by the kinetic energy of the oil to be transformed into pressure energy instantly while reversing.Aiming at the problem,adopts the method of adding accumulator to suppress the hydraulic impact.Based on the theoretical analysis,AMESim modeling and simulation analysis,the results of simulation and testing application shows that the power recovery type hydraulic cylinder-testing equipment had stable characteristics of load-applying,and the hydraulic impact significantly reduced.
