Application and analysis of the typical strategy for five axis machining of MasterCAM

Abstract: Discusses how to select the appropriate programming strategy according to different geometry characteristics of the parts,and set up a reasonable tool axis vector control mode and the tools' tilt form in the application of MasterCAM five axis CNC machining programming.It also analyzes the typical characteristics of programming strategies such as directional machining of polyhedral parts,curved pipe bending machining and region surface machining,and introduces the method of setting parameters of machine tool structure with MasterCAM five axis CNC machining.
