Research on motorized spindle active vibration controlbased on piezoelectric stack

Abstract: Motorized spindle bearing-rotor system is interfered by various vibration exciting in the working process,this will seriously affect component machining accuracy and reliability.Used piezoelectric stack to interfere the dynamic vibration characteristics of motorized spindle bearing-rotor system and established the physical model containing the piezoelectric stack.The finite element method was also used to establish the dynamic electromechanical coupling model of motorized spindle bearing-rotor-piezoelectric stack system.Output feedback control was designed by Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) control method and adaptive vibration control of high speed motorized spindle bearing-rotor system was finally established.Control simulation was carried out by Matlab and results of the simulation indicated that this control method achieved obvious control effect in the motorized spindle vibration control with the integration of piezoelectric stack.
