Research on flying cut system based on fuzzy PID control

Abstract: In view of the nonlinear,strong coupling and time variation characteristics of industrial actual flying shear control system,the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm is designed to replace the common PID control,and the closed-loop servo control system is established. After the simulation of the control theory and control system,the motion control function library of Googol CPAC and the fuzzy control toolbox of MATLAB are combined to design VC++ motion control program. The flying shear control system has good stability and high control precision,which can meet the actual production requirements.
