Experiment research on bolt connection assembly failure for metro vehicle

Abstract: A large number of bolt connections are used in the process of metro vehicle assembly,but there are lots of bolt failure phenomena.Selecting the M8×30 specification ordinary six angle stainless steel bolt as the research object,which is used in many bolt connects,the orthogonal failure experiment are made to ascertain the influence on bolt connection of the adjust gasket and the additives and their combination.The variance analysis and range analysis results show their influence degree.Moreover,the best and easiest to failure combination of various factors in bolt connection are received.
