Research of strength and stiffness performance analysis of tractor safety frame

Abstract: In order to judge the stability and reliability of safety frame structure for wheeled tractors,established the security frame prototype geometric model according to the method and rule specified by GB/T 19498—2004 and GB/T 1591—2008,applied with MIDAS software for longitudinal and lateral loading finite element analysis,then analyzed the static strength of the prototype,verified the accuracy and effectiveness of analysis model,guided and improved the series of products design of security frame,realized the optimization of product structure,saved the cost and improved the competitiveness of enterprise.
