Influence of torsional rigidity on natural characteristics of face gear four-way split transmission system

Abstract: In order to investigate the influences of torsional stiffness inherent characteristics of face gear transmission system of four branches,the establishment of torsional stiffness and dynamic mechanics lumped parameter system model considering the meshing stiffness,the numerical solution method,dynamic differential equations of dynamic mechanics model for analysis of torsional stiffness inherent characteristics of face gear transmission system of four branch effect.The results show that the natural frequencies of the face gear four branch drive system have obvious four coincidence frequency phenomena;Stiffness in 0.4×109 to 0.8×109 N·mm-1 changes,the natural frequency changes greatly,the torsional stiffness in the 0.8×109 N·mm-1 value on the inherent characteristics of the first 10 order of the impact of small.It can provide a theoretical basis for further optimizing the structure design of the face gear four branch drive system.
