Study on work hardening of RoyAlloy mold steel for high speed milling

Abstract: Taking the microhardness of machined surface as the evaluation index,the orthogonal experiment was carried out in high speed milling RoyAlloy mold steel,so as to analyze the influence of milling parameters on work hardening.The prediction model of work hardening is established by regression analysis method,on the basis of the significant test and comparison of the prediction results with the measured data to verify the accuracy of the model.
