Dynamic characteristic simulation analysis of the rolling device for flexible graphite paper

Abstract: Using ANSYS Workbench to build finite element model of the roll for the rolling device that transmission device was improved.Consider different bearing stiffness,analysis the change law of the natural frequency of the roller under different bearing stiffness,and obtain range of the first、second、third natural frequency of the roll.On that basis,using RecurDyn to build the multibody dynamic model of the rolling device system,obtain the time domain waveform and frequency domain waveform of the roll torque;compare the frequency component with the natural frequency of the roll to ensure the smoothing run of the rolling device.At last,the smooth operation of the device is verified by measured date.
