Abstract

Abstract: In order to improve the stability and the life of the candle filter in ballast water filter and obtain the flow field characteristics,ANSYS CFX software was used to analyze the fluid region which the candle filter in.Based on fluid-solid coupling theory,the statics structural characteristics of the candle filter was analyzed to determine the limit of rotation speed which should be less than 2 640r/min of candle filter.
