Research on the balance improvement of PC unit assembly line based on MOD

Abstract: With the bottleneck of production line of B company PC unit process for standardization to improve,to solve the problem of assembly line assembly rate is low.Mainly use the action time of the scheduled standard method of MOD method (model method) to analyze the bottleneck of production process and improve standardization;through the analysis of the bottleneck process each action,and find out does not accord with a standard,unnecessary action,using question 5W2H method to analyze the problems and find out why,using the economic principle of motion to the non-standard action to improve and to the standardization and normalization.After improvement,production line balancing rate from 33.6% to 63.5%.
