Abstract: The RV reducer is used as the research object,first of all,it uses FTA to analyze it,the RV reducer reliability model and the fault tree diagram is established,and qualitative and quantitative analysis is carried out according to the fault tree,the factors affecting its reliability are determined.Then,FMEA is used to analyze the planet gear and the planet gear of the key parts of the RV reducer,the main failure modes and their effects are clearly understood,it is based on the specific reasons for the failure of components to develop preventive measures,it provides a theoretical basis for the RV reducer of the state diagnosis,the fault diagnosis and to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis.
