Design of hydraulic chassis driving system of high-speed rice transplanter

Abstract: The driving system of hydraulic chassis of high-speed rice transplanter is designed.Under the premise of ensuring work quality,the designed chassis adopt whole hydraulic driving system in order to change speed continuously,enhance power density,and improve layout flexibility.This chassis also can provide a platform of intelligence and automation.The close cycle system of single pump and four motors is designed in the driving system.The flow divider valve is used to prevent slipping.The slip rate measurement in paddy field is conducted for the more precise calculation results.The kinds of hydraulic pumps and motors are selected according to the calculated pressure,flux and displacement for ensuring that the pump works in its efficient speed range.The project has some significance for designing hydraulic chassis of other machineries.
