Automatic process model generation based on delta-volume of manufacture feature

Abstract: By analyzing existing problems and difficulties of process visualization in three-dimensional CAPP,definition of process model is introduced and used to express process visualization.Automatic generation method of process model is proposed,then the basic principle and the holistic framework of this method are respectively analyzed and introduced.Parameterized construction method of delta-volume of manufacture feature is expounded.Moreover,some discussions are gradually carried out on method of workblank and feature process generation.The effectiveness of the proposed automatic generation method of process model is verified by an example.
