Under the background of multi-vendor multi-retailer single central warehouse supply chain,taking into account the constraints of the order quantities of the supplier,retailer,central warehouse,and the constrains of their order frequency,the total warehouse costs of vendor managed inventory problem mathematical model was established.To solve this model,aiming at the minimum total inventoy cost,memetic algorithm is used to solve the annual ordering frequency of the supplier,retailer,central warehouse,and the order quantity.An encoding way is built to bridge the VMI and the algorithm.In the process of global search,to absorb the genes of the best individual,use the crossover way that is based on the cross-way location.In the process of local search,to produce a certain scale neighborhood gene individuals,use the mutation way that is based on location.To get the best parameters of the algorithm,the orthogonal experimental design is used.The algorithm is used to solve a specific problem.The example shows the effectiveness of the algorithm.

To solve the instability problem of multi-cutting wire electrode space position in High Speed Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (HS-WEDM),firstly,the surface heat flow density model of wire electrode is established,the relationships among,and wire electrode heat flux density are discussed.A new view is proposed that it is very important to apply narrow pulse width and high current in multi-cutting.Based on these,the wire electrode temperature fields and gap fluid flow are studied by building a 3D kerf model.The results show that the kerf inlet pressure of working fluid have a significant impact on the temperature field distribution of wire electrode,and the velocity of working fluid decrease is very large at kerf inlet.The results have guiding significance for stabilizing multi-cutting wire electrode space position.

Appropriate process parameters are crucial to improve processing quality and efficiency when finishing hole by fluid magnetic abrasives.Since the limitation of processing mechanism,it is difficult to optimize the process parameters.It is even more difficult when there are several technical indexes.Using orthogonal experiment gets the reasonable parameters when there is only one index.Using grey correlation analysis solves the optimization of the process parameters when there are several indexes.The study found the best quality can be get when the current is with an intensity of 3A,the time is lasted for 25minutes and the pressure is 0.35MPa.The best speed of reducing the surface roughness can be get when the current is with an intensity of 2.5A,the time is lasted for 10minutes and the pressure is 0.3MPa.Both processing quality and efficiency are taken into account,the current should be with an intensity of 3A,the time should last for 25minutes and the pressure should be 0.35MPa.The method simplified the optimization process,obtained the optimized parameters combination,provided data basis and methods for optimizing parameter.

In order to solve the over-current discriminate problem between the short circuit fault and motor starting in coal mine power supply system protection,designed a phase-sensitive detection protector based on the function of signal input capture in the timer of the STM32 chip.Through the experiment and analysis,the power factor discriminate value of asynchronous motor starting was set 0.4~0.5.The phase relationship of system voltage and current input to the timer pin as square wave converted by hardware circuit.The timer capture the adjacent edge of square wave get level last time,acquire the level duration of the phase difference between voltage and current signals,obtained the system power factor.Tested by the experiment,the protector can accurately measure the power factor of system and use discriminate value realizes the discretion of short circuit fault and the normal starting of motor.

Currently Least Square Method (LSM) is commonly applied in the error evaluation,but it is adaptive to the condition of low accuracy requirement.Besides,the error value obtained by LSM is not the minimum.In order to accurately evaluate perpendicularity error,a minimum zone mathematical model for the perpendicularity error evaluation was given based on the new generation Geometrical Product Specification and verification(GPS) standards.According to the characteristics of perpendicularity error evaluation,a new adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm with dynamically changing inertia weight is proposed to implement optimization in the error evaluation.Finally,an example was given to illustrate the proposed method.

The Chemical Mechanical Polishing(CMP) technology was introduced into magnesium alloy surface ultra-precision process,silica sol,active agent,chelating agent,pH regulator was used to prepare polishing solution by vortex mixing.At the same time,the effect of pressure,rotation,flow rates of sully process and time on the polishing were analyzed by singer factor test.The experimental results showed that:the pressure is 0.06MPa,upper plate speed is 10r/min,lower plate speed is 50r/min,flow rates of slurry is 160mL/min,polishing time is 8min,the alloy surface morphology is good ;under optimum conditions after chemical mechanical polishing,the surface roughness Ra of the alloy can reach 10nm.

The kinematics simulation of the high-simulation chewing platform was analyzed based on the Unigraphics NX 3D modeling.Under the condition of ADAMS,a virtual prototype model of this simulation chewing platform was set up.The graphs of the position,velocity and acceleration of specific human chewing simulation movement by the mobile platform were generated.The results show that the chewing platform can simulate the performance of human chewing thoroughly,and the simulation results can provide a good foundation for the research on high-quality control method.

A self-developed automatic steering system was designed based on dSPACE Rapid Control Prototyping(RCP) technology.Automatic steering function of intelligent vehicle was achieved by modifying traditional mechanical steering structure.Experimental results show that the automatic steering system can track the steering wheel angle what the desired path need.The development cycles of intelligent vehicle can be shorten by using the proposed method,which provides a reference for upgrading a traditional vehicle to an intelligent one.

To solve the issue on topology optimization of crashworthy frame structures design of vehicle body,a crashworthy topology optimization method based on energy controlled behavior in Hybrid Cellular Automaton(HCA) was proposed.Applied LS-DYNA explicit FEM,Hybrid Cellular Automaton (HCA) was taken as computational model and the local change in the design variable was determined by local control rules.In topology domain two connected subdomains were defined:a flexible subdomain and a stiff subdomain with constraint of different design dimensions,mass fraction and energy controlled behavior.Then the topology optimization on single load case and multiple load case were designed to verify the feasibility and accuracy of this approach.Finally,a bumper-like design was taken as an example and the crashworthy was proved to be increased,which promised a high engineering practicability.

The vibration performance of Cross Car Beam (CCB) assembly is an important evaluation parameter in the NVH performance of complete vehicle.Modal parameters of constant-diameter bend cross car beam system were calculated via the finite element software Optistruct.The effects of tube thickness,tube diameter and front body bracket thickness etc on the CCB vibration performance are investigated by orthogonal test method based on finite element model.The results show that the tube thickness is the key structure parameters.The position of connection point between the front body bracket and body,front body bracket thickness and the thickness of H-type bracket also have a significant impact on the CCB vibration performance.According to the analysis results,select the thickness of three parts on the CCB as the design variables.Then mathematical model is established in Optistruct and the CCB structure is optimized,which obtains a better balance among the whole mass and natural frequency and stiffness,improving the natural vibration characteristics of cross car beam assembly.

Definition of lane changing behavior,extract the driver lane changing data sequence from the real vehicle test data.Analyze test data of the different driver under the same road conditions,the results show that:there is small lateral acceleration in the lane change process,different drivers have different lane changing time,and lane changing time is the key feature reflects the driver individual characteristics,setting up lateral safety forewarning system adapting to different driving characteristics drivers can improve the practicability of driving assistant system.This study provides reference for control strategies meeting the driver characteristics and different safety requirements.

According to vibration characteristics of a certain type of tractor,a kind of adjustable damping hydro-pneumatic suspension was put forward.Based on the analysis of working principle,the nonlinear mathematical model of suspension was set up,and the nonlinear damping characteristics were investigated using MATLAB/Simulink.The results showed that suspension damping has obvious non-linear characteristics.The indicator diagram and speed characteristics of suspension damping are greatly influenced by the fluctuation of the number and size of the damping hole.The flow area of variable throttle only changes the damping characteristics of return stroke,the effect on compression stroke is not obvious.The frequency and amplitude of external excitation have a marked impact on indicator diagram of suspension damping,but have no effect on the velocity characteristics.

The core of the digital manufacturing is believed to be the numerical control machining and the geometric modeling of industrial product.In the developing process of manufacturing industry,the crucial research problems were identified to be the improving the accuracy of numerical control machining and modeling of freeform surface product,etc.The constructed geometric models of aircraft vane were analyzed for the error and fairness in the context of CATIA.It was showed that biquartic NURBS surface should have higher fairness than bicubic NURBS surface under the same condition,and biquartic NURBS surface could be supposed to be more significant for research and development.Finally,the correctness and feasibility of numerical control machining of the biquartic NURBS surface were tested and verified through simulation.

Cubic spline interpolation process of discrete points and linear approximation of the cubic spline curve were analyzed for the CAD/CAM process of roots vacuum pump rotor’s listing points curves.An improved approaching method using the determining step size was presented through researching the methods of approaching of cubic spline curve.This method is simple and it’s approaching accuracy can be controlled.Using a new method to control the single feed amount of the process of planning,which can improve the efficiency of planning.CAD/CAM integrated planning CNC system for roots vacuum pump rotor outline was developed,which has achieved good economic and social benefits in the actual processing.

Based on the two-axle bending technique,the formability of 3/4 hard type 301 stainless steel strip with different thickness was researched.First,to establish the constitutive model of 3/4 hard type 301 stainless steel strip,its basic performance parameters were obtained by using of the tensile test and related documentation,and the forming process of strips with different thickness in the same amount of extrusion by two-axle bending was simulated by using finite element analysis software named ABAQUS.And then,followed by the two-axle bending experiments by using of different thickness strips,a series of samples were got.Last,MATLAB fitting procedure was used to identify forming radius of strips formed by the test and simulation,effect of strip thickness on its forming performance was discussed,the influence law of strip thickness on two-axle bending formability was obtained,and its influence mechanism was revealed.

In order to ensure the process temperature of copper brazing,the structure of continuous CuproBraze furnace was improved;the hot air stirring device and uniform flow orifice plate was used to improve the temperature uniformity.The performance of orifice plate was studied,and the influence of opening rate and opening mode on temperature distribution in the chamber was investigated by using computational fluid dynamics simulation technology.The results show that the temperature uniformity is better than others when the orifice plate with 50% opening rate is used.At the same opening rate,the opening mode also affects the temperature difference between the work positions.When the uniform flow orifice plate with 50% opening ratio,under the mode of opening rate at both ends is larger than that of middle can effectively control the temperature difference.The porous medium is used to simplify the structure of the orifice plate,which can reduce the difficulty of modeling and reduce the time of analysis.It provides the basis for the analysis and optimization design of the similar structure.

Wire harness is one of the most rapidly developing products in electronic information industry,the largest demand of market,and the most convenient to installation.The automatic processing of multi-color line and multi-standard wiring harness connector products currently can not be realized in our country.A fully automatic multi-color line feeding crimping and interpolating machine is designed.Through calculate the time of the whole system,it is found that interpolating needs the longest time of the whole process.The prototype test was carried out for the part of the interpolation,to test the prototype interpolation,success rate and how much time each action takes.The time of operation is optimized under the premise to ensure the success rate of implantation.Final insertion speed of 1.43 s/root breaks the foreign Zeta 633 module 1.5s/root (one end) harness into the connector box.

In order to obtain the grinding performance of the super-abrasive grinding wheel and realize the feasibility of grinding the Titanium alloy,a new kind of the super-abrasive grinding wheel with phyllotactic pattern was designed based on the phyllotaxis theory of biology.And the experiment of grinding the Titanium alloy TC4 was carried out with different grinding wheels.The changing rules of the grinding force with the feed speed and the grinding depth were analyzed.The results show that under the same experiment conditions,the grinding force of the grinding wheel with abrasive phyllotactic pattern is smaller than those with staggered and random pattern.

In order to study the heavy truck electronic Automatic Mechanical Transmission(AMT) clutch control,analyzes the mechanical structure and performance characteristic of pull-type clutch control system and work out the optimal combined control strategy based on the analysis.It uses the S7-1200 PLC as the master controller,complementary with touch screen,and then finish the software and hardware design of the system.The running results on clutch control system test-bench show that the control system run smoothly and have less impact when clutch started and synchronized,the clutch automatic control can meet control requirement,which provides a reliable experimental basis for AMT development.

In a single color stone slab,crack is one of the main linear defects.Conducts the research in digital image processing in the category of stone slab crack recognition algorithm.According to the characteristics of fracture image,first of all is to do the image preprocessing,in order to ensure the accuracy of recognition.Mainly study is image correction and enhancement,in order to eliminate noise and to protect bounding around the largest degree.Then image of linear fracture filtering was segmented by using the improved threshold segmentation algorithm;Mathematical morphology was used to single pixel refinement of crack,and to gain crack size.

To satisfy the demand of online detection,a new measurement method for disk cam based on image processing technology is proposed.First of all,the image is preprocessed with enlarging,morphological filtering,smoothing,threshold segmenting and object extracting,and the binary image of the disk cam is obtained.Secondly,the image is preliminarily adjusted according to the minimum bounding box of the inner contour,fine-tuned based on precisely linear fitting,to place the disk cam in proper position.Finally,the coordinates of the disk cam’s rotation center is calculated,and points in the outer contour of the disk cam are sampled to compared with design values,and the result is output after detection.The results show that it can satisfy the requirements of online detection owing to its high efficiency and simplified operation.

Investigated the instability Characteristic of nano-switch subjected to an electrostatic force due to an applied voltage and intermolecular force in.Both the nonlinear governing equation an boundary conditions with nonlocal effect are devised.A linear load model which is suit for foundry conditions is proposed to approximate with nonlinear intermolecular and electrostatic interactions,the pull-in voltages of nano-switch are obtained.The smallest of gap radio and the longest of length are discussed only with intermolecular force as well.

Reports a measurement technique of liquid level in the liquid tank on ship based on the inverted U type capacitor principle.According to the linear relation between the capacitance value of the capacitor and amount of liquid,design the inverted U capacitance sensor with ‘breath’ function and build a capacitance signal detection and processing system to detect the relationship between the detection capacitance value and liquid level height,as well as to study the effect of shaking on liquid level measurement of liquid tank.In addition,the device performance and the measurement error is analyzed.The results show:There is a liner relationship between the capacitance value and liquid level height;in the rolling angle of 20°,the rolling cycle of 3s simulation of the real ship shaking,the relative error of the corresponding detection capacitance of the liquid level is less than 4%.The technology has the characteristics of simple structure,high sensitivity and good stability.It is expected to be widely used in the detection of the dynamic liquid level of the liquid tank.

Aiming at the influence of the hydraulic system driving execution actuator with high frequency on system fuel consumption and oil pump selection problem,used AMESim software to model and simulate constant-flow pump hydraulic system,and researched the influence of the hydraulic lines,including pipe material,pipe length,back pressure factors,on the system dynamic characteristics,and then methods to improve the comprehensive performance of hydraulic system and the efficiency of the hydraulic system was put forward.The results of the simulation are verified by the experimental results,which prove the validity of the research on the working performance of the hydraulic system by the simulation technology.

The choice of LED lamps material is an important part in the design of LED,which has an important effect on reducing LED junction temperature and improving the performance.Therefore,investigates the characteristics of material selection and multiple attribute decision making.The material selection model based on ideal solution new multiple attribute decision making method is presented.Attribute weights by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) are determined.The technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution is used in the method.The basis for material selection of LED lamps is provided.

The synthetical stiffness of the electric screw press is one of the important factors affecting the efficiency of the forming process.In order to explore the effective ways to improve the synthetical stiffness of the process efficiency,analyzed the structural stiffness of the various electric screw press,clarified the mechanism that direct drive electric screw press have high stiffness.A static force model was created by finite element development tools.Analyzed the synthetical stiffness of two kinds direct drive electric screw press,indicated that the synthetical stiffness of direct electric screw press driven by single disc servo motor is higher than other models.The conclusion has guiding significance for the development of electric screw press.

Takes a type blunt welding type torque converter as the research object,3D model is established using UG NX.And to determine the processing of leaf roll bending load and constraint conditions,the ANSYS Workbench deformation analysis was carried out on the blade.Distribution is obtained by analysis of deformation,critical roller blades and turbine outer contact riveting to calculate.Rolling riveting force using the empirical formula and finite element analysis and comparison test,in order to verify the empirical formula,by comparing coincided basically with the finite element analysis of value and the empirical formula,and for subsequent rolling riveting machine to provide theoretical basis for the research design.

China is a large country in manufacturing and using electric motors.The power consumption of electric motors accounts for sixty percent of the whole society consumption and 75 percent of industrial consumption.A large number of electric motors face to scrap.Electric motor remanufacturing possesses wide market.It’s analyzed the status of electric motor remanufacturing in China,reviewed the relevant policies.Then,electric motor remanufacturing process and requirements were described.The benefits of remanufacturing is discussed in the end.Results indicate that electric motor remanufacturing can save energy and material saving and reduce greenhouse gas emissions,is an important strategic choice for circular economy and sustainable development.
