Application research of S7-1200 PLC in the clutch control system

Abstract: In order to study the heavy truck electronic Automatic Mechanical Transmission(AMT) clutch control,analyzes the mechanical structure and performance characteristic of pull-type clutch control system and work out the optimal combined control strategy based on the analysis.It uses the S7-1200 PLC as the master controller,complementary with touch screen,and then finish the software and hardware design of the system.The running results on clutch control system test-bench show that the control system run smoothly and have less impact when clutch started and synchronized,the clutch automatic control can meet control requirement,which provides a reliable experimental basis for AMT development.
