Simulation research on hydraulic system working characteristics based on AMESim

Abstract: Aiming at the influence of the hydraulic system driving execution actuator with high frequency on system fuel consumption and oil pump selection problem,used AMESim software to model and simulate constant-flow pump hydraulic system,and researched the influence of the hydraulic lines,including pipe material,pipe length,back pressure factors,on the system dynamic characteristics,and then methods to improve the comprehensive performance of hydraulic system and the efficiency of the hydraulic system was put forward.The results of the simulation are verified by the experimental results,which prove the validity of the research on the working performance of the hydraulic system by the simulation technology.
