Research on fuzzy control experiment for speed based on variable speed hydraulic system

Abstract: To improve the accuracy of speed hydraulic system and overcome the nonlinear time-varying problem,the fuzzy control strategy for the motor speed was proposed.The power source was the servo motor,which drove the dosing pump,and then the fuzzy controller of the system was designed.Based on Labview test and control platform,the model of the fuzzy controller for the motor speed is evaluated.In order to compare the control effects of traditional PID and fuzzy control system,the experiment for dynamic response and load disturbance rejection capability were carried on respectively in the two control strategies.The results show that the robustness of the fuzzy control is better than traditional PID,but the dynamic response characteristics are similar.
