Design of stacking algorithm for automatic tires loading equipment

Abstract: To achieve the automation of loading automobile tires and improve the loading efficiency,a set of tire loading system was designed,and a stacking algorithm was proposed.The algorithm can give the best stacking layout of tires and achieve the intelligent stacking of tires on the truck according to the parameters of trucks and tires.The stacking layout of tires was analyzed and optimized using the constrained optimization method.In order to verify the feasibility of the algorithm by example,the stacking algorithm was designed based on the MATLAB GUI.
