Dynamics modal analysis of rotating platform based on ANSYS

Abstract: Briefly introduces the automatic production equipment of rotary sound-absorbing board.In addition,a three-dimensional model of the rotating platform of Sound-absorbing board production line is established by the use of Solidworks.In order to predict the vibration of the rotating platform,a dynamics modal analysis using the software,ANSYS Workbench,is carried out for it,and we obtained its inherent frequency and its mode of vibration eventually.Consequently,it is good for us to have a knowledge of the vibration characteristic of the rotating platform,which provides an important reference for the production line of optimization design.
