Xinjiang regional “integration of the two” level’s evaluation methods and its applications

Abstract: To obtain Xinjiang industrial enterprises the level the “integration of the two”,according to the requirements of 《Industrial enterprises “information technology and industrialization” assessment specification》.Based on the informatization development status of our region’s industry enterprises,determine the three-level evaluation index system with the level and ability,the effectiveness and efficiency as the core,use expert appraisal method,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and local variable weight and other methods proposed a weight variable model facing to different industries.Through data collation and analysis of questionnaires on 413 industrial enterprises of Xinjiang,find our region’s industry enterprises weak links in “integration of the two”,point out Xinjiang should be based on the existing resources and industry characteristics,accelerate the information technology in industry all areas,various links application,penetration and integration.Improve the core competitiveness of our region’s industrial enterprise information environment.
