Research and design of remote monitoring system of aluminum cold rolling

Abstract: Remote mobile monitoring system of aluminum strip cold rolling based on Android was developed.Based on C/S architecture,server application is developed in the LabVIEW software,and it gets industrial site datas by OPC data exchange communication technology.The client adopts the idea of modularization and object-oriented and it is developed in the development environment of Basic4Android +Java JDK+ Android SDK.The client can realize the function of user authentication,network communication,and get real-time datas anytime,anywhere.And then it has friendly interactive interface to display data.The experiment results show that the system runs stable,and the system realizes the purpose of remote mobile monitoring of aluminum strip cold rolling.
