Design and optimization of frame cam lifting mechanism in textile vamp screen printing machine

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the requirements of textile vamp printing machine,the cam frame lifting mechanism designed for printing machine,to improve the efficiency of the printing machine.According to the principle of reverse design of the cam,a mathematical model is established for the cam profile curve,which is applicable to the law of the motion of the cycloidal motion curve.The displacement,velocity and acceleration theoretical curves are designed by using MATLAB software based on the law of the motion cycloidal motion curve,and in the multi body dynamics software ADAMS input model and add constraints,the displacement,velocity and acceleration simulation curves of the cam putter are obtained.Finally,the optimization mathematical model is established to obtain the global optimal solution of the maximum pressure angle and the corresponding cam angle of the cam lift mechanism.The results show that the kinematics curve designed in MATLAB is basically consistent with the motion curve which is simulated in ADAMS,and it is proved that the kinematics curve designed by MATLAB is reasonable,optimization of the maximum pressure angle of 7.737 1 degrees,corresponding to the rotation angle of 72.298 9 degrees,the results show that the design of the cam curve transmission efficiency is high,meets the technical requirements of the textile upper printing machine.So it can be seen that the design optimization is feasible and has been applied in practical production.It has a higher practical value of application.
