Process on single channel scanning milling of micro-electrical discharge based on integration mechanism

Abstract: Arc shape phenomena is normal during three dimensional scanning milling of micro-electrical discharge.Introduces integration erosion mechanism of electrical pulse discharged on both positive and negative poles.Typical hollow electrode is applied to do some simulative analysis.Then,real experiments have been done.There are two conditions for the electrode,rotating with 300 r/min and 0 r/min in the analysis and experiments.Finally,their profiles of tool electrode and workpiece are given.Results show that there are of different integration erosion effects on both poles.The difference is closely relative to some techniques parameters.
