Research and implementation of production process control and traceability system for automotive injection molding product

Abstract: To satisfy the need of the automotive injection molding product production process control and quality traceability,by analyzing the technological process of the product,the whole function model of the system is established by using the IDEF0 modeling method,and the software of the production process control and the quality traceability system is designed.The system which using SQL database structure based on Client/Server to achieve the material on-line,product processing,product repair,product offline,product re-inspect and the quantity of the material and the integrity of production information be controlled,as well as the process flows control in the front and back of the process.Finally,the feasibility of the system is verified by the practical application on the oil mist separator.
