Mental model-based directory navigation design of robot business platform

Abstract: Regarding the cognitive gap between the user and the category architect,the mental model with its advantage of symbolic knowledge structure was used to study the design and implementation of the directory navigation in the robot business platform.Based on the mental model of symbolic representation,the mapping mental model in web pages was realized,and the inconsistency between the site directory navigation performance model and the user’s mental model were analyzed.Furthermore,the directory navigation module of robot business platform is designed and implemented based on mental model.By improving the design of directory navigation in the robot business platform,the speed of finding the desired commodity could be increased,the user experience could be improved,and the stickiness of user could be enhanced.
