宽基轮胎胎面畸形机理仿真分析及解决方法

Simulation analysis and improvement of the tread deformity during wide-base tire building process

摘要: 为探究宽基轮胎成型过程中胎面畸形现象产生的机理,采用数值模拟方法重现了435/50R19.5型宽基全钢载重子午线轮胎成型过程,该轮胎采用5层带束层结构,其中3#带束层采用单根钢丝以0°角缠绕而成。轮胎成型过程的仿真主要包括主鼓部件贴合、辅助鼓部件贴合、生胎成型及硫化机内定型等4个工序。通过分析胎面胶料在定型过程中的流动情况,阐明了宽基轮胎在成型过程中胎面部位畸形的成因。为消除胎面畸形问题,提出将成型机辅助鼓设计为曲面鼓的方法来引导胶料流动,从而达到解决缺陷的目的,利用成型仿真确定了曲面鼓的设计参数,并进行样胎试制。试制结果表明,曲面鼓成型方法可以使成型过程中的胶料流动更合理,有效地避免上述缺陷的产生,提高宽基子午线轮胎的制造工艺水平。

Abstract: In order to reveal the mechanism of tire crown rubber abnormality during tire building process,take wide-base TBR tire 435/50R19.5 as the research object,which building process was simulated by numerical simulation.The tire 435/50R19.5 are 5 belts layers,among which the 0° cap plies winding technology was applied in belt3.The simulation including gluing of components on main drum,gluing of components on auxiliary drum,green tire and finalizing in vulcanizer.The reason of the tread rubber flowing abnormally was analyzed.The surface drum building method was developed to solve this problem,and the parameters of surface drum were determined by tire building simulation.The results of trial production show that the surface drum building method is useful in solving the rubber abnormally flow,and improving the manufacturing technology of wide-base tire.
