区域空间隔断车间布局优化研究*

摘要: 区域空间隔断既是实现制造车间空间合理利用、功能分区以及安全管理的必要措施,也是保障车间洁净度和环境控制水平的有效手段。针对存在区域空间隔断的车间布局优化问题,考虑设备摆放方向、运输门位置、运输物流成本及占地面积等因素,构建了车间整体布局的多目标优化模型,并设计了一种改进的非支配排序遗传算法(Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm Ⅱ,NSGA-Ⅱ)进行求解。该算法结合模拟退火算法更新种群,通过算法参数的优化,以及在模拟退火过程中嵌入非支配排序和拥挤度计算等改进措施,有效提升了算法的搜索能力和收敛速度。对比分析结果表明,模型和改进的NSGA-Ⅱ在车间运输成本和占地面积这2个目标上均表现出较好效果。

Abstract: Regional space partitioning is a necessary measure to achieve rational use of space,functional partitioning and safety management in manufacturing workshops,and is also an effective means to guarantee the cleanliness and environmental control level of workshops. For the workshop layout optimization problem with regional space partition,a multi-objective optimization model for the overall workshop layout is constructed by considering factors such as the direction of equipment placement,the location of the transport door,the cost of transport logistics,and the area occupied,and an improved Non-dominated Sorting Genetic AlgorithmⅡ (NSGA-Ⅱ) is designed to solve the problem. The algorithm combines the simulated annealing algorithm to update the population,and the search capability and convergence speed of the algorithm are effectively enhanced by optimizing the algorithm parameters value,as well as by embedding the non-dominated sorting and congestion calculation in the simulated annealing process and other improvement measures. The results of comparative analyses show that both the model and the improved NSGA-Ⅱ show better results in the two objectives of workshop transport cost and floor space.
