Innovation and application of body-in-white dimensional monitoring technology based on online measurement system

摘要: 随着汽车个性化需求的提升,多车型共线生产导致白车身零件错装、离空等问题频发。传统矫正装置虽能局部改善零/部件匹配问题,但存在响应滞后、覆盖有限等缺陷。提出基于位移传感网络数据融合的在线测量系统,通过位移传感器网络、车辆识别号码(Vehicle Identification Number,VIN)绑定算法及实时预警机制,实现白车身关键尺寸的100 %在线监控。在某汽车企业CN系列车型中应用表明,该系统将缺陷逃逸率从10.00 %降至0.03 %,工装位移探测效率提升4倍(响应时间从5 h缩短至1 h)。

Abstract: With the increasing demand for automotive personalization,the co-production of multiple vehicle models on the same production line has led to a sharp increase in problems such as misassembly and gaps of body-in-white parts. Although traditional correction devices can partially improve the matching problems of components,they have defects such as lagging response and limited coverage. An online measurement system based on displacement sensor network data fusion is proposed. Through a displacement sensor network,a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) binding algorithm,and a real-time early warning mechanism,100 % online monitoring of the key dimensions of the body-in-white is realized. The application in the CN series vehicle models of an automotive company shows that this system reduces the defect escape rate from 10.00 % to 0.03 %,and the detection efficiency of tooling displacement is improved by 4 times (the response time is shortened from 5 h to 1 h).
