GH4169高温合金表面NiCrAlY涂层的单晶刚玉砂轮磨削工艺优化与精度控制*

Process optimization and precision control of single-crystal alumina wheel grinding for NiCrAlY coating on GH4169 superalloy surface

摘要: 针对GH4169高温合金基体与NiCrAlY热障涂层同步磨削中存在的尺寸偏差大、磨削裂纹及涂层脱落等行业难题,开展单晶刚玉砂轮精密磨削工艺研究。通过对比白刚玉与单晶刚玉砂轮的性能差异,发现单晶刚玉砂轮可显著抑制涂层边缘崩裂。基于三因素三水平正交试验,揭示了影响尺寸精度Δ与表面粗糙度Ra的关键工艺参数显著性顺序为砂轮进给速度>砂轮转速>磨削深度与砂轮转速>砂轮进给速度>磨削深度,并优选出最佳工艺参数组合即砂轮进给速度为8 mm/min、砂轮转速为2 500 r/min和磨削深度为3 μm。优化后关键指标提升,尺寸精度差值为1.2 μm(提升42.9 %)、表面粗糙度Ra为0.2 μm(降低46.3 %);缺陷消除,微观检查无磨削裂纹/涂层脱落。批量生产验证表明,金相组织符合HB 6702标准,产品合格率提升至99.2 %以上。该研究为航空发动机高温部件再制造提供了高可靠性磨削工艺方案。

Abstract: To address critical challenges in synchronous grinding of GH4169 superalloy substrates with NiCrAlY thermal barrier coatings—including excessive dimensional deviation,grinding cracks,and coating delamination—a precision grinding process using Single-Crystal Alumina (SCA) wheels was developed. Comparative analysis revealed that SCA wheels can significantly suppress edge chipping compared to white alumina wheels. Through a three-factor,three-level orthogonal experiment,the significance order of key process parameters affecting dimensional accuracy Δ and surface roughness Ra was determined as wheel feed speed > wheel rotational speed > grinding depth and wheel rotational speed > wheel feed speed > grinding depth. The optimized process parameter combination was wheel feed speed of 8 mm/min,wheel rotational speed of 2 500 r/min,grinding depth of 3 μm. Post-optimization results demonstrate 42.9 % improvement in dimensional accuracy (Δ=1.2 μm),46.3 % reduction in surface roughness (Ra=0.2 μm),elimination of grinding cracks and coating delamination (validated by microscopic inspection). Batch production verification confirmed that metallurgical structure was compliance with HB 6702 standard,product qualification rate was increased to 99.2 %,providing a high-reliability grinding solution for aero-engine high-temperature component remanufacturing.
