切削进给量对GH4169高温合金表面完整性和刀具磨损的影响研究

Study on the impact of cutting feed rate on the surface integrity of GH4169 superalloy and tool wear

摘要: GH4169高温合金是一种难加工材料,因其卓越的抗高温性能和耐腐蚀性而广泛应用于航空航天和能源领域。研究了不同切削进给量下GH4169高温合金的切削加工过程。通过仿真分析切削温度,并结合切削试验探讨了涂层刀具的磨损行为,以及材料的表面粗糙度、硬度和残余应力。结果表明,随着进给量的增加,切削温度逐渐升高,刀具磨损加剧,且表面粗糙度呈现上升趋势。同时,加工表面的残余压应力和硬度均呈现出先增大后减小的趋势。在进给量为0.10 mm/r时,最大残余压应力值为269.33 MPa,硬度最大值达到292.64HV。综上所述,当进给量超过0.10 mm/r时,高切削温度可能导致刀具磨损加剧以及被加工工件表面完整性的恶化。

Abstract: GH4169 superalloy is a kind of hard-to-machine material and is widely applied in the aerospace and energy fields because of its remarkable high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. The cutting process of GH4169 superalloy under different cutting feed rates was studied. The cutting temperature was analyzed by means of simulation,and the wear behavior of coated tools,along with the surface roughness,hardness and residual stress of the material,were discussed in conjunction with cutting experiments. The results indicate that with the increase of the feed rate,the cutting temperature rises gradually,the tool wear aggravates,and the surface roughness exhibits an upward trend. Meanwhile,both the residual compressive stress and hardness of the machined surface present a tendency of increasing initially and then decreasing. When the feed rate was 0.10 mm/r,the maximal residual compressive stress value amounted to 269.33 MPa,and the hardness attained the maximum of 292.64HV. In conclusion,when the feed rate surpasses 0.10 mm/r,the elevated cutting temperature is likely to result in intensified tool wear as well as the deterioration of the surface integrity of the machined workpiece.
